Watch the Pros.
Since the days of the first plantations, American sportsmen have known the true joys of pursuing bob-white quail.  The likes of Washington and Jefferson reveled at the sight of pointing dogs lacing back and forth across expansive fields, and the suspense of walking into the feathered whirlwind of a rising covey.

Sights, Sensations, Camaraderie.

Unlike our forefathers, Quail Creek Plantation now uses horsepower to comfortably traverse thousands of acres of habitat sculpted with grand oak hammocks and slash pine forests.  Our guides will lead you into exciting coveys at your pace, making sure there’s plenty of time to enjoy the sights, sensations and camaraderie that have made fine quail hunting so special, for so long.

Creature Comforts.

There is more to Quail Creek Plantation than just quail hunting.  As our guest, you have the option of casting a line for a gargantuan bass in a private lake or testing your skills on our sporting clays course.

And we’ll insist you take a few minutes to sit in a front porch chair or wander beneath the ancient oaks and watch the Spanish moss dance in the breeze.  Above all else, we want you to enjoy a special  place in old Florida where life is still as good as it was meant to be.

Enjoy the Experience.

Past the concrete and the crowds is a special place where Florida still exists as nature meant for it to be.  It is a landscape unchanged since the days of de Leon and Osceloa, where gnarled cypress rises up from virgin swamps and the uplands are carpeted with lush native grasses.
