We are pleased and proud to present
the “2007 Florida Sporting Clays Association State Championship”. We wish to welcome you back to our facility
and we hope you enjoy our hospitality and service. We pledge to offer you the finest in
facilities, great food, and superb sporting clays targets.

holding your State Championship for the fourth year in a row and we look

TARGETS AND PRESENTATIONS
The target selection and
presentation will follow NSCA guidelines and there will be a proper mix of
108mm, 90mm, 60mm, rabbits and battues.
All courses will be designed and set by Gary Bloom, Kirk Perkins and
Fred Fanizzi.
All stations will accommodate handicap shooters whether at the stands or
at an acceptable alternate shooting position. All shooters will have an equal
opportunity to an unobstructed view of each presentation. All NSCA rules will be strictly followed.
All competitors as of Thursday, April 19, 2007 MUST have shot at least 300
registered targets in 2007 or they will be placed in a higher penalty class for
all the events. All score keepers and referees will be properly trained as
per NSCA rules and regulations. A chief
referee will be on the course at all times to settle any disputes. A protest committee will be appointed, posted
and all protests will be handled as per NSCA Rules.
COMPETITOR CONVENIENCES
Breakfast and lunch will be
available for purchase during all days of the shoot. No alcoholic beverages will be tolerated
until all shooting is completed each day.
There will be numerous restroom facilities on all courses. Each station
will have a gun rack and all stations will have at least one bench or seating
area. Ammunition, retail items, and
snacks will be available for purchase at our clubhouse.
AMMUNITION
Only factory loaded ammunition can
be used at all events. All ammunition
shall not exceed NSCA limits. The FITASC
competition can only be shot using 1 ounce shot. Ammunition will be available for sale at our
clubhouse.

100 TARGET
PRELIMINARY EVENT
The 100
Target Preliminary Event will be shot Friday, April 20 in two rotations (9:00
a.m. and 1:00 p.m.) This event will be squaded.
Trophies will be awarded 3 deep for Master thru E class and all con-currents.
50 TARGET SUB-GAUGE EVENT
The 50
target sub-gauge competition will be shot over 2 Five Stand layouts. Competitors can enter any of the sub-gauge
events. We will offer .410 bore, 20 gauge, 28 gauge, pump gun and side by side. This event can be shot Friday, Saturday, or
Sunday on an open rotation. Shooters will only be able to shoot one
sub-gauge event at the time. The sub-gauge event will be shot on a separate layout from the regular
5 Stand competition. Trophies will be awarded to the top winner for each class
Master thru E and the top winner for each con-current. A trophy for an Over-All
combined Sub-Gauge winner will also be awarded.
50 TARGET 5
STAND EVENT
The 50
target 5 Stand competition will be shot over 2 Five
Stand layouts. This event can be shot Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on an open
rotation. Trophies will be awarded to
the top winner for each class Master thru E and the top winner for each
con-current.
F.I.T.A.S.C. EVENT
This event will be shot Saturday and Sunday. This will be a squaded
event with 2 Parcours. The FITASC event will be limited to 132
shooters. Please specify your preferred
rotation and squad when registering for the event. Trophies will be awarded 3 deep for each
class and all con-currents.
200 TARGET FSCA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP
This
event is open to all NSCA members.
Trophies for
OPTIONS
Options
will be available for all the events.
Each competitor can play options for his/her class, Lewis and concurrent
class. Each option is $20. ALL OPTIONS MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR BY CHECK.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARKING
Parking
for RV’s is limited with no power or sewer available. Overnight RV guests are welcome to use our
spacious and clean men’s and women’s showers.
All RV spaces must be reserved prior to the event. Please call our clubhouse to reserve your
spot.
